Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the data subject, by completing the form on gainad.ru and ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Yurievich Chipizubov (INN 752905912110, OGRNIP 322750000008053, Borzya, Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia; the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the terms below.

Reviewing my request, contacting me about it (by email or another method I specify), preparing a commercial proposal and, if I wish, concluding a contract.

• name;
• email address;
• company name (if provided);
• message text and selected topics — to the extent they contain personal data;
• IP address, date and time of the request and of giving consent.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed below, blocking, erasure, destruction. Processing is mixed — both automated and non-automated.

• VK LLC (INN 7743001840, Russia) — Mail.ru email service: delivering the request to the Operator’s mailbox, storing the request and correspondence;
• Yandex LLC (INN 7736207543, Russia) — Yandex SmartCaptcha, protecting the form from spam.

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place: the data is processed and stored in the Russian Federation.

This consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 1 year after my last contact with the Operator, or until withdrawn.

I may withdraw consent at any time by emailing gainad_official@mail.ru. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless another legal ground applies under the law or a contract with me.
