VoteBoard: How We Automated Minutes Without the Pain and Manual Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V
At VoteBoard, we closed the task of generating legally significant documents: the system now assembles meeting minutes in DOCX, attendance reports in XLSX/CSV, and voting statistics.

At VoteBoard, we closed a very practical but critical task: generating legally significant documents. The system now assembles meeting minutes in DOCX, attendance reports in XLSX/CSV, and voting statistics on its own.
The best part is working with attachments. Files can be attached to the entire meeting and to a specific agenda item. For example, for a budget item, you can attach a financial report of up to 200 pages. Nothing gets lost and nothing lives “somewhere in Ira’s email.”
We supported the following document types: agenda, materials, minutes, report, other. In an era when everyone is hyped about AI automation, we’re doing something that actually saves hours of routine work and reduces the risk of mistakes where the cost of a typo is especially high.
In short: less manual assembly, more order, and more peace of mind for the team.
