VoteBoard: how we built a board meeting pipeline
While everyone is talking about AI agents and copilots, the real enterprise pain is still where Excel, email, and “who’s actually allowed to vote?” meet. We solved that in VoteBoard.

While everyone is talking about AI agents and copilots, the real enterprise pain is still where Excel, email, and “who’s actually allowed to vote?” meet. We solved that in VoteBoard: we automated the entire meeting lifecycle — from agenda preparation to the final minutes.
What we built:
• agenda and questions in a single flow
• answer options for each vote
• participant and access management, including restricted votes
• result calculation with quorum taken into account
• automatic generation of minutes
A separate win is the readiness checklist for publishing: the system won’t let you “ship to prod” a meeting if a question, answer options, participants, or access rights are missing. Fewer surprises, less manual magic in the “we’ll just drop it in the chat later” style.
And yes, you can prepare multiple meetings in parallel — each one is fully isolated. No accidental chaos.
