VoteBoard now speaks two languages
At Gainad, we built full i18n for VoteBoard: the interface is available in Russian and English, and the language is selected in the user profile. Documents are available in both languages, and remote voting takes directors’ time zones into account.

In international boards, the same agenda item can be read in Moscow, London, and Singapore — and in that situation, it matters that nobody gets lost in translation. At Gainad, we built full i18n for VoteBoard: the interface is available in Russian and English, and the language is selected in the user profile.
What matters technically: — all documents, agendas, and minutes are available in both languages; — remote voting works with a time window that correctly accounts for directors’ different time zones.
In practice, that removes the classic pain of “has the deadline already passed for me, or not yet?”. In the era of global teams and AI translation, this is no longer a nice-to-have — it’s table stakes. But instead of relying on the magic of “it’ll get translated somehow,” we went with predictable and transparent UI and data logic.
When the board has a clear process in its own language, there are more decisions and less chaos. A clean win.
