When a pipe bursts, 12 statuses stop being a feature and become a survival quest
In PDP Mobile, emergency requests were moved to a separate route: when a pipe bursts, the app collects a callback phone number, sends the request to the on-call engineer immediately, and sets the highest priority.

In PDP Mobile, we moved emergency requests into a separate flow. If a user has a burst pipe, the scenario is simple: we collect a phone number for a callback, route the request to the on-call engineer right away, and set the highest priority.
What matters here is that this kind of request does not go through the standard 12-status workflow. No “created → accepted → уточняется…” when water is already heading downstairs to the neighbors. Emergencies go straight to the technician.
We also added an instant push notification to the dispatcher — with no delays and no extra magic. In an era when everyone is talking about real-time AI and hyperautomation, the basic truth is still the same: first, the signal has to get quickly to the place where someone can actually help.
In short, a little less bureaucracy means a little less flooding.
