We synced service requests with the property management CRM without pain or magic
In PDP Mobile, we built two-way synchronization for service requests with the property management company’s CRM. A request now lives in two systems at once and doesn’t get lost between statuses.

In PDP Mobile, we built two-way synchronization for service requests with the property management company’s CRM. That means a request lives in two worlds at once and doesn’t get lost somewhere between “we’re already fixing it” and “wait, who updated the status?”.
What’s inside:
— 12 lifecycle statuses: from new and accepted to in progress, completed, postponed, closed, and their variants;
— a hierarchical service catalog: a tree like Plumbing → Faucet replacement → Faucet with installation;
— a mock mode in the external CRM for testing.
The last one is basically a must in 2025: while everyone talks about AI agents, we stuck to the classics and removed the dependency on the external API during development. As a result, the team can test scenarios without “the CRM is being difficult again today”.
Long story short, the integration didn’t turn out hypey, but reliable. And that’s what matters most in production.
