6 quality control processes in a single cycle — no magic, but almost
In PDP, we brought together 6 types of acceptance and a single lifecycle for each process: from draft to cancellation. The system keeps an unlimited number of rework iterations and the full history.

In PDP, we brought together 6 types of acceptance: internal (in two subtypes right away), management company acceptance, client acceptance, inspection, incoming quality control, and acceptance of completed work. It sounds like bureaucracy, but in practice it’s just a sensible way to avoid surprises in production — or rather, on site 😅
For each process, we built a single lifecycle:
draft → new → under inspection → violations identified → accepted → cancelled
The key point: the system keeps an unlimited number of rework iterations and stores the full history. That means nothing gets lost, and it’s always clear who returned what and why.
A separate challenge was different regulatory scenarios for projects in Russia and abroad. We accounted for that in the process logic so we wouldn’t have to build hacks later. In an era when everyone is talking about AI automation, we prefer to first get the core processes in order 👀
