Price Lists by Building: Every Residential Complex Now Has Its Own Pricing
In PDP Mobile, price lists are now tied to specific buildings: each residential complex has its own pricing, and quick payment amounts adapt to the typical checks for that property.

In PDP Mobile, we built something that makes life in the field a lot easier: we tied price lists to specific buildings. In practice, the same “replace a faucet” job can produce completely different bills in different residential complexes. In some places it’s economy class, in others business class, and somewhere else it’s already “put on shoe covers and that’s another +500” 😅
Here’s how it works: there’s a hierarchical service catalog — Plumbing → Faucet replacement → Faucet with installation — and each item has its own property-specific price.
We also adjusted the quick payment amounts: 1000, 5000, 10000 rub. now adapt to the typical bills for a particular residential complex. Fewer manual actions, fewer mistakes, faster payment.
In the context of the broader trend toward hyper-personalization in products, this is basically a must-have: not “one price list for everyone,” but logic that matches real-world operations.
