Follow-up inspections without manual busywork

In PDP, we’ve tightened up follow-up inspection automation so managers don’t have to play “oops, forgot to resend the invitation.” If a reinspection is needed, the system automatically marks it as a follow-up inspection, clears the manager’s schedule, recalculates the visit duration, and sends new invitations. All without pinging the team chat or doing spreadsheet magic 👀
Another nice detail: when the last remark is closed, the property automatically moves from “with remarks” to “without remarks,” and the responsible people get notified right away.
In short, we removed manual steps in the places where “human error” most often shows up. In an era when everyone is pushing AI automation, we’re also in favor of useful automation — but only where it actually saves the team hours, not just sounds good.
