Verifying Passes Without Login: We Opened the Gate, Not a Bureaucratic Portal
In PDP Mobile, we built a public pass verification page with no authorization: the courier opens a link in any browser and goes through the checks needed to open the gate — no registration, no app, and no extra steps.

In PDP Mobile, we built a public pass verification page without authorization. The flow is simple: the courier gets a link, opens it in any browser, and completes the verification needed to open the gate.
Why does this matter? Because in real life, if the courier can’t get in, the complaint doesn’t go to them — it goes to the property management company. That means UX matters here more than anything else. We removed the extra steps: no registration, no app, no “please download the update first”. Open the link — do the action — move on.
In practice, this is the same frictionless UX everyone in IT talks about: fewer barriers, a faster flow, and fewer points of failure. Especially when the person has packages in their hands, it’s raining, their battery is at 3%, and they really don’t have time for quests.
Result: the page works in any browser, requires no installation, and makes access to the premises as seamless as possible.
