One defect card — the full defect lifecycle end to end

In PDP, we added end-to-end traceability: now a single defect can be linked at the same time to acceptance control, incoming inspection, revision, internal acceptance, client acceptance, property management acceptance, and the checklist.

In practice, this gives us a single quality currency. No more, as in the good old enterprise days, trying to find the same defect across seven logs and three chat threads 😅
