One installation, many management companies
In PDP Mobile, we implemented multitenancy: one installation serves several management companies with data isolation, and the platform is managed from a single administration point.

In PDP Mobile, we implemented multitenancy: one installation now serves several management companies at once. Each management company has its own buildings, contacts, schedules, and, most importantly, data isolation: no one can see anyone else’s data. The platform team manages everything from a single administration point — no separate environments to maintain and no “wait, which database is that in?”
Another benefit is multi-property support for residents. If an owner has apartments in residential complexes managed by different companies, they do not have to switch between accounts like tabs in a Friday release. Everything is available in one system.
Against the backdrop of the platform engineering trend and service consolidation, this is a practical necessity: less infrastructure overhead, more control, and better scalability.
