How to survive a dropped connection during an online consultation without losing context
In MedConnect, we closed the scenario of a connection drop during a medical consultation: autosaving context, automatic reconnect, resuming from the same place, and real-time connection status.

In MedConnect, we closed off a scenario that is more annoying than “everything froze on the demo”: a dropped connection during a medical consultation.
What we did:
— autosaving the consultation context; — automatic reconnect without extra magic for the user; — resuming from the same place where things broke off; — real-time connection status for both doctor and patient.
If the connection drops critically, the system saves all entered data and lets the session continue without losing context. In other words, no classic “please repeat what brought you in.”
Today, when real-time UX is already the norm even in AI and telemedicine, features like these are not nice-to-have — they’re baseline. Especially where every detail matters and you can’t rely on “maybe the internet will come back.”
In short: we made sure that even unstable Wi-Fi wouldn’t break the consultation.
