When the marketplace reports one revenue figure, but the numbers don’t add up
At SellerHub, we solved a problem familiar to almost every seller: you expect one amount, and a different one arrives. Automated reconciliation helps find discrepancies and produce a clear report.

In SellerHub, we solved a problem familiar to almost every seller: you expect one amount, and a completely different one arrives. Fees, penalties, logistics — every marketplace has its own “unique vibe” when it comes to calculations. In the era of total automation and AI everywhere, doing this by hand is like debugging production on a Friday evening 😅
We built automated financial reconciliation: the system compares expected and actual revenue, finds discrepancies, and generates a clear report for the seller. For large clients with 10,000+ SKU on each marketplace, batch processing and pagination are especially important — otherwise integrations start to “choke” faster than a laptop during a call with no charger.
A separate challenge is external integrations: each marketplace returns data in its own way, and all of this math has to be carefully normalized into a single format.
