How We Tamed the Frontend with Feature-Sliced Design
At PDP Mobile, we introduced FSD architecture in both the React Native app and the React admin panel. It helped us get rid of frontend chaos and let 48 business modules and 27 feature modules evolve independently.

At PDP Mobile, we introduced FSD architecture in both the React Native app and the React admin panel: app → pages → widgets → features → entities → shared. It sounds like yet another “let’s rewrite everything” plan, but in practice it saved us from the classic frontend chaos, where a single button suddenly drags half the project along with it 😅
What we got: 48 business modules on the backend and 27 feature modules on the frontend can evolve independently thanks to one-way dependencies between layers.
In the admin panel, we have 41 pages, 29 business entities, and a full CRUD. To keep all of that from loading like a 2012 website, we added React.lazy + Suspense — lazy loading keeps the interface fast and stable.
Against the backdrop of the trend toward scalable frontends and modularity, this is no longer a “nice to have” but the baseline. When a product grows, architecture matters no less than code.
