Hierarchical planning in construction without the pain and version_final_3.xlsx
In PDP, we built a system where work schedules actually live instead of gathering dust in spreadsheets. Group hierarchy, planned and actual volumes, Excel import/export — without the stress.

In PDP, we built a system where work schedules actually live instead of gathering dust in spreadsheets. The foundation is group hierarchy: project → phase → subphase, with proper nesting. Inside are tasks with planned and actual volume, units of measurement, and unit price.
We also added what construction work is not construction work without: linking to a contractor, contract number, and estimate number. That means you can not only plan, but also quickly see who is doing what and on what terms.
Another must-have is Excel import/export. Yes, in 2026 people talk about AI agents and copilots, but the reality of construction still often lives in .xlsx. So we did not fight our clients’ processes; we fit into them instead. The result is practical: data does not get lost, and rollout is low stress.
When numbers, contractors, and estimates line up in one system, that is no longer magic — it is just normal engineering.
