At PDP Mobile, we built a system of 75+ fine-grained permissions for a management company admin panel: each user sees only what they need for their work, without excess access or chaos.
In PDP Mobile, we built a system of 75+ fine-grained permissions for a management company admin panel. Not “the admin can see everything,” but the grown-up version: exactly what’s needed to get the job done.
What this looks like in practice:
— Accountant sees only meters and payments
— Dispatcher sees requests and passes
— Concierge sees passes and cameras
To make sure nobody accidentally “went somewhere they shouldn’t,” we added protection at two levels:
- routes — access is blocked right at the entry point
- components — even inside the interface, anything unnecessary is not rendered
On top of that, we have a multi-company architecture: one installation serves multiple management companies at once. In an era when everyone is moving to multi-tenant and saving resources, this is no longer a feature, but a must-have.
In short: less chaos, fewer “oops, I wasn’t supposed to see this” moments, and more control and peace of mind for the team ☕️
