Document versioning where you can actually see everything
In DocuChat and WikiMind, we’ve tightened up document versions with automatic snapshots and a visual diff. Now you can see exactly what AI changed and what a teammate changed, which makes rolling documents back and moving them around a lot less painful.

In DocuChat and WikiMind, we’ve tightened up one of the things that AI editing in 2026 starts to feel like a lottery without: document versions with automatic snapshots and a visual diff. Now you can see exactly what AI changed and what a teammate changed when they “just fixed the heading” 😅
What we did:
— automatic snapshots on changes;
— visual diff: we highlight what was added/removed;
— recursive duplication of documents: not just the page is copied, but the entire subtree;
— moving between collections without losing version history;
— export to Markdown, HTML, PDF, DOCX.
In practice, this saves you in very ordinary scenarios: when AI “improved” the meaning, a manager asked to restore yesterday’s version, and the document had already been moved to another collection. Now it works without pain or ritual debugging.
It may seem basic, but in the era of AI-first products, this kind of transparency is what determines whether users trust the system.
