BTI Without the Pain: Receipts and Interactive Floor Plans
At PDP, we automated BTI receipt generation and built interactive floor plans: annotate a typical floor once, apply it to all identical ones, and save dozens of hours.

In PDP, we automated BTI receipt generation and built interactive floor plans — so we wouldn’t have to live in the “oh great, we’re fixing 25 identical floors by hand again” mode. A floor plan is uploaded as an image, then annotated on a canvas with Konva.js: room outlines, issue markers, axes, elevation marks — everything is there.
The best part: if a building has 25 floors and they’re all typical, we annotate one and apply it to all identical ones. The savings are dozens of hours, with less repetitive work and less room for human error. In an era when everyone talks about AI automation, sometimes the real power move is simply removing manual hell the right way.
And yes, this is about more than just nice UX: it’s also about audit, compliance, and legal validity. When documents and floor plans are generated consistently, the business gets more peace of mind, and the team doesn’t have to chase bugs at the last minute like before a Friday evening release.
