AI by Role: When Every Team Gets Its Own Smart Assistant
In WikiMind, we built 4 AI modes in one chat: a corporate assistant, a ChatGPT mode, and HR and FD assistants. Role-based access, threaded history, and answer ratings.

In WikiMind, we built 4 AI modes in one chat — and this is pretty much where enterprise AI is heading now: not one “bot for everything,” but role- and context-based access.
What’s inside: — the corporate AI assistant works off the company knowledge base; — ChatGPT mode handles general tasks; — the HR assistant answers questions about HR policies; — the FD assistant helps with financial questions.
And access is not just there for show: HR sees the HR bot, Finance sees the FD bot. No “oops, why did I get the wrong one?” surprises.
We also added chat history in threads — so you don’t have to dig for the right conversation like that final_v2_real_final file.
There’s also like/dislike for answers: we collect the signal and keep tuning the prompts so the AI actually gets better over time instead of just confidently making things up.
And as a bonus, generation of illustrations for documents.
In short, we made AI not just trendy, but genuinely useful for different roles across the company.
